The creation of a new American Bistro on the Upper East Side of Manhattan was inspired by clients who are longtime local residents who wanted to create a new and thoughtful space in the area. This new bistro uses organic produce, sustainably sourced seafood, and grass-fed meats in its seasonally updated menu. The former vacant restaurant space has been restored and lightened up, with antique mirrors, reclaimed-oak tables, and a 22-foot maple bar.
